Community Service

St. Vincent Charity Hospital has a specific and focused mission, which includes the provision of health care to the poor of the Cleveland area. Our Podiatric Surgical Resident team and Faculty of the Section of Podiatry continues to be supportive of the Hospital’s mission as evidence by our work in outreach projects.

Residents & Faculty Members perform foot screenings with education and advice on how to receive future care should there be a need. In addition, we donate socks, bandage rolls, toe tubes, gauze pads and wraps. Residents and Faculty participate in the following events:

Cuyahoga Community College
Family Fun Day Celebration of Wellness

Project H.O.P.E.(Health, Outreach, Prevention and Empowerment)
St. Philip Neri Catholic Church

Homeless Stand Down
Co-sponsored by NEOCH, InterAct Cleveland & The City of Cleveland
